Gordon Brooks began his career as an engineer, progressing through managerial roles in engineering, operations, sales and marketing, business development and general management before becoming an academic. He has published in organisational behaviour, consumer behaviour, business demographics and student-group attitudes.
Teaching Interests
Gordon teaches in management and organisational behaviour participating in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.Research Interests
While he researches in the areas of organisational behaviour, consumer demographics and consumer behaviour, Gordon’s current, primary research interest is workplace commitment and workplace-based self-esteem.
