Profile
Roslinda has been teaching Accounting and Finance subjects for a number of years and she has just recently completed her PhD study. Her PhD thesis investigated the link between corporate governance and accounting conservatism. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a management consultant for Ernst and Young Singapore. She was involved in a couple of projects including activity-based cost/management using Oros ABC/M software and financial process re-engineering. Her research interests include: corporate governance, conservatism, share buy-back, corporate disclosure and fundamental value.
