Domestic Postgraduate Coursework Applicants

Applications for postgraduate coursework programs must be lodged through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).

Am I eligible?

You are eligible to apply as a domestic applicant if you are an:

  • Australian citizen
  • New Zealand citizen or
  • permanent resident of Australia

International Postgraduate Coursework Applicants

All international fee-paying applicants must apply directly to Macquarie International.

Am I an International Student?

In order to study in Australia, international students require an International Student Visa. You must have an offer of admission from Macquarie University before you apply for a student visa.

If you are:

  • a citizen of any country except Australia or New Zealand
  • a temporary resident of Australia (including student, refugee or diplomat)
  • a permanent resident of New Zealand, or
  • a dependent of any of the above
